3/28/98 The following is a suggested word change for the Senate Substitute for House Bill 3244, Section 1610-A-7. If you do not agree with this wording please leave a comment.

Current wording:
Adopt and promulgate standards of conduct for speech-language pathologists and audiologists consistent with accepted national standards.

Proposed wording:
Adopt and promulgate standards of conduct for speech-language pathologists and audiologists and will take into account accepted national standards.

(The proposed language change came from language used in our current act, section 1611 - Code of Ethics)
